Help id'ing this ammo?

I have about a case of 7.62x51 I bought back in the 80's
Found it up in my attic I think it might be radway green, anyway the headstamp says "7.62" "ZV" and the number "69" I assume that number is 1969?
Anyone know what this stuff is?
