It seems to be dropping a little on the light side but if I move up one it's heavier than I'd like. I'm going to start by getting a digital scale because this Lee scale is a bit of a pain. Also if anyone is using this same setup and the powder holder is square like mine how do you change the drop size without spilling powder everywhere, I know I'm missing something simple.
Number one, an idiot wouldn't stop when something didn't seem right. Ya done good there!

Now... is the problem that the charge weight from the auto disc isn't matching Lee's spreadsheet? That's normal. The spreadsheet weight is heavier than actual. It's intended to be a guidline so you have a ballpark starting point. Always use a scale.

If you're not getting the exact weight from the cavities you want, Lee sells an adjustable charge bar for about $10. Why it doesn't come with the Auto Disc kit is beyond me.

My auto disc has the round hopper. It has an "on-off" feature that allows changing the discs without spilling powder. Turn to "Off," use a case to empty what's in the system (should be about 10-15 grains or so) and make your change.

Ummm... don't forget to turn it back "On" after changing cavities. Ask how I know...

With the rectangular hoppers, you have to take the turret assembly out and dump it to change the disc. That's why I don't change them once I get it dialed in where I want it.

Lee has a deluxe conversion kit that you can get for $17 (and it includes the $10 charge bar). It will allow you to vary the load without unloading the hopper. You can use either the discs or the adjustable charge bar as well. It seals against the discs better too with a wiper seal.

+1 I vote for removing the auto indexing and start off in single stage. You need to learn and experience each of the steps so you know what to what out for. Then proceed to auto indexing if that is what you decided to do.
