always clean first. that way you don't have dirty brass scratching up your dies.

Either order is fine. I clean -> deprime -> size. No real need to clean the primer pocket.

I think either way works, but I like to deprime - Ultrasonic clean - polish then size

I always clean mine before I reszie. Removes any dirt that can scratch the sizing die. Since no lube is needed for straight wall brass then I don't clean it again a second time unless I'm loading for SHTF ammo then I clean the brass till it's super shiny.

for pistol: Wash > dry > tumble > load
for rifle: wash > dry > case prep (size, trim etc) > wash > dry > tumble > load

For once fired brass, I don't clean them. I just make sure there's not any stuck on dirt and reload them.

Tumble/deprime/load. I have a Lyman 1200 tumbler, not ultrasonic. (well, it's sorta loud, but that's different). I then deprime/resize and can choose the primers depending on what load I go with next time. Load up, and I'm GTG
