    How long is reasonable.

On the 12th I ordered 500 rounds of cleaned .40 brass that was listed as in stock. On the 19th I sent an email asking if it had been shipped yet and received a reply the next day stating that It would be shipped later that week and I would receive the shipping info when it was shipped. I see they are still listing the same product as in stock on the website. Why in the world would it take more than 10 days to ship. And unless they have a special post office that only works for them on Sundays it does not look like It will be going out this week either. Am I just being impatient or is this the norm when buying once fired cleaned brass.

I don't think I would shop from those people again.

Maybe not necessarily bash them, but I wouldn't shop with them again.

Have they already charged your credit card? If they have then that is BS, they shouldn't charge it until the goods ship.

Try calling them on Monday and see wtf is going on.

Get back to us with a name for this outfit if they've not shipped yet.

TDS Guns charged my credit card on September 10 for a product they had listed that it would ship until October 1st. Ended up not shipping until the 5th. Needless to say, I was furious.

No, that is not reasonable, especially since they already charged you, and did not inform you of the situation on their own. Why are people so scared to out bad sellers on here? They are in the wrong, not you. You would be helping the community, and perhaps send the vendor a message as well.

I don't think people are scared to out bad vendors on here, they just typically get bashed by people who have had good service from that vendor.

Heck, I have read a TON of bad stuff about Norse Armory on here yet people still defend him, even though the actions seem undefendable.

Plus, I bet that if someone compiled a list that had everyplace that at least 1 member had a problem with there would be no place left to shop.

I admire the OP for coming on here and asking if this type of stuff is normal without flying off the handle and bashing a business that could just be having an unforseen issue.

If he takes the suggestions of the people on here, contacts them and gets no resolution, then yes, I would bash the shizzz out of the place.

Shoulda bought the clean once fired non-glockizied 40 brass from me in the Marketplace.
Actually I only started collecting Milsurps 3 years ago. I think I might own about 24...They're cheaper than guns that will most likely never get the opportunity to kill somebody...

I just sent another email, just asking to be given a realistic time to expect my shipment as well as an explanation for the delay. Let's hope that on Monday my brass is in the mail

Definitely call them tomorrow. They can easily ignore an email, but an disgruntled customer on the phone is unavoidable.

Good lord. I just looked them up again, looks like things have gone to hell. I wonder what happened? They lost their FFL?

So glad I didn't end up buying from them...

Well I sent them an email last night because I knew I was going to be a work all day today. No answer as of yet , so I tried calling when I got home and it went straight to voice mail so I left a polite messege. Tomorrow will make 13 days that I have been waiting for brass that was listed and still is listed as in stock, Very frustrating and my next phone call will not be so polite.
