It really depends on a lot of different factors. Assuming you're using brass you already have and buy normal bullets at around $60 per 100, it would cost around 85cents per round. Hunting bullets cost about double, which would bring the cost to about $1.50 a round.
If you don't have brass that would add a lot more to the cost.Chris

The savings on that round would be substantial. Any rare or costly round you will save a bundle on. 9mm not so much.
You could do it for well under $1 a round, depending on the bullets and considering you have brass.Comment

...and then, once you do amortize the equipment cost, the only new cost for another cartridge would be another set of dies and the bullets for that caliber.
Once you start reloading for one cartridge, you'll see how easy, fun and what a stress reliever it is and start doing it for other calibers.sigpic

I did some more digging and found that the cost of the 338 lapua brass is in the $2-3 range; comes up to about $0.4 to $0.6 per use for the brass. So I should be able to reload these 338 Lapua at around $1.5 to $2 per round.NRA Lifer

Midsouth has .338 Hornady's and Sierra's for $20 - $40 per 100.
Barnes are $30+ per 50 and Noslers are even more.
So, depends on what bullet you're planning to use.sigpic
