I would feel reasonably comfortable pulling the bullet if we had the right tools. Something tells me the cheap plastic hammer puller isnt gonna cut it. From there its as easy as removing the powder, popping out the primer and re-inserting the bullet.

Word to the wise here.... DONT F**K with it. Call the SB Co Sheriff's Dept. tell them you picked this "novelty" item up at a garage sale, and you think it's actually a live round. They will come out and take it off your hands. Doubtful, the neighborhood will be evacuated or turned into a media circus over one round. After all, if one of my buddies can show up on a 9-1-1 call the other day and ask some tweaker if that's a real RPG (rocket propelled grenade) and he say's yes. Then you might have a problem. Yeah, no joke, a real RPG just laying on the floor in the guys house next to his bed.
