8208 XBR and 53 V-Max (Initial Range Report )

Tried some 8208 XBR with the 53 V-Max today.
Loaded 24.4, 24.6, 24.8, 25.0
Started with 24.4, results were OK, but nothing to write home about. No pressure signs at all, still very rounded primers, so I jump ahead to the 25.0 load, Much better
I'm going to try 25.0 again and also move up .2 until I get to 25.6 or show pressure signs or accuracy goes south.
I'm also trying Sierra 65sbt and 40 V-Max with the 8208 XBR.

No Idea
Sold my Chrony awhile back, I need to buy another one
But I did go out today to confirm my findings.



This is 25.2 of XBR, I also went to 25.4 but the groups opened way up.

Good targets.

I have tried some loads with 8208XBR and my varmint rifle did not like it as well as H335. My best load thus far in a 24" 1-12 twist shooting 40 gr Hornady Vmax is 25gr with Rem 7.5 primers. Sorry no targets to show.
