    A Question Regarding OAL

I'm doing some intro loads with .380 acp. I am using 95 gr lead round nose Missouri Bullets. The closest load in my Lyman manual is lead 90 gr and is shown to be a .980" OAL. Here is a pic of a bullet I have done @ .980" OAL.......does it look right? Or should the case mouth be above the bullet ridge? Is that a crimp line? THX

That should be fine. That is exactly the way that I make my .380acp

      Thx for the reply.

I just got back from the range. I took 20 rds each of 2.8, 3.0, 3.2, and 3.4 grains and 2.8 grains of Unique was the most accurate at 10 yards.

You're welcome, One of my favorite .380 loads is 3gr. of Unique.
