Walmart has new Federal value pack 9mm..

Just found these at the Walmart in Milpitas. Federal Champion Value pack 9mm 100 rounds, 115gr FMJ RN for $19.97. At $60 for 300 rounds, you're basically getting 50 rounds more than the regular 50 round Fed Champion Box or the UMC Value pack which are both just about $60 for 250 rounds. WWB is basically not even in the same league price wise anymore. Best value at Walmart for brass cased 9mm ammo. Only Tula might be a bit less and that is if your Walmart carries it and if you can even fire it at your local range.

Pics of the WWB 100 round pack, Fed Champion 100rnd value pack and Fed Champion 50 rnd pack for comparison.

    Another view.

Two smaller white boxes are inside the value pack

Each box has a row of 10 rounds, 5 layers deep for a total of 50 each.

Side by side of a regular 50 round cartridge on left vs 100 round cartridge on right. Pretty much
the same except coating on the 100 rnd cartridge is a bit more shiny.

View from below of primers. Looks the same to me

Most civilization is based on cowardice. It's so easy to civilize by teaching cowardice. You water down the standards which would lead to bravery. You restrain the will. You regulate the appetites. You fence in the horizons. You make a law for every movement. You deny the existence of chaos. You teach even the children to breathe slowly. You tame.

Did they have the same thing in .45ACP or .40S&W?

As of yet, no. Didn't see anything then and haven't heard of any reports anywhere of people seeing the same sort of deal with the .40 and .45. Went back today to the Milpitas store, and the counter guy says he doesn't know when the next shipment of 9mm will be coming in again. He did say that on the last shipment, they sold very fast. People just weren't buying one or two boxes. It was more like 5 or more at a time. One guy bought 10 boxes.

If Federal have them in .45, it would probably have the SPP on it, and it's ew to most reloaders and heaven to a small selective few. But good find though on the 9mm. Last time I was there, they didnt have any yet, it was like a month ago.
                  The stuff that goes boom.

I noticed these were off the shelves for a month or two. now they are back, same good price but the inside packaging is different. no seperate boxes inside, just flat card board seperators.

Keep the brass for when you wish to reload for 1/2-3/4 that price.

This stuff is a great deal, I shot at least 1000 rounds of this stuff when I was going to school up in Idaho and I didn't have a single failure through my SP-01.

What walmart? The one in Temecula just got some back but the price went up a couple of bucks.
