Labor Day Special: Free Shipping on orders over $200.
This is a 24 hour special for Labor Day only. Orders must be placed between the hours of 12:00 am and 11:59 pm Eastern Time Monday September 5, 2011. No Exceptions.

My email says free shipping on orders over $100 from now through Labor Day.

Shipping is only $5 from PV, but still nice I guess.

Nope. They're just waiving the $5 handling fee.

Not sure about this. I know Grafs and Sons is $5 flat rate S/H, but I am pretty sure PV charges an actual cost of shipping by weight and box size.

Anyway, for anyone thinking about a PV order in the future, not utilizing the PV Labor Day special, you might want to check. They usually add the shipping to the order when it ships (it is usually not on your online order receipt) so you don't know what the final bill will be until you get it.

Even with the above considerations, PV is my favorite components supplier. As usual, I received an order from them totaling over $350 about a week ago, typical. Someday I will learn to look for deals.

Oops, thanks Bill. My mistake. I got the email form Grafs today, not PV. Free shipping from PV is a good deal.
