Is American Tactical Ammo okay?

I was thinking about going down to ammo bros to pick up some boxes of ammo from them, its 10 bux for 20 rounds. I was wondering though will it be fine to shoot out of my savage 10fp with decent accuracy or is this just close plinking ammo (less than 100yds).

I am having a problem with it cycling in my AR10 seems under powered. should be ok in bolt action.
