thoughts on Cor-bon Hunter 200 gr. .357 magnum?

Thinking about ordering a box of Cor-bon Hunter 200 grain .357 magnum to use in my S&W 686 4in. during a backpacking trip I'll be taking to Sequoia Nat'l Park in about a month. I'm looking for anyone who has had first hand experience with this ammo, particularly out of a 4 in. barrel. What kind of velocity can I expect? Haven't been able to find as much info as I would like on Google. Planning on using it for SD against cougar and black bear if need be.

I have loaded and used 180 gr for over 20 years. They are big enough to stop any two or four legged animal in Ca. Ive always wanted to try the 200 gr, just never got around to it. They should work great. You will get great penitration. Stick with flat points or soft points. Corbon makes a good bullet. They should work great.
