Hornady 55gr V-Max and IMR 8208 loading data?

I can't find loading data to match up Hornady 55gr .223 Remington V-Max (Polymer tip) with IMR 8208 XBR powder. Any pointers? Thanks.

      From Hodgdon's site:
      55 GR. SPR SP - IMR 8208 XBR - .224" - COL. 2.200" - Min. 23.0 - Max. 25.3
...with liberty and justice for all. Void where prohibited, offer not valid everywhere, price may change. See Big Brother for details.

Called Hodgdon ... was told they did not test this bullet with the 8208 powder. They advised to start from 23 gr and work up to a max of 25.3 gr. Watch for high pressure signs while look for best accuracy.

Is the COL of this bullet really 2.200"?

Minimum is 2.20", so a little longer will be fine, but not shorter.
