Hi All,
Just wondering if this is a good place to pick up some powder, primers, bullets, etc? Are the prices right? New to reloading...just received my Dillon 550B.

It's a great place to go for those things.

It's not a good place to go for actual guns. There are lots of books however, and trinkets, fire starters, toys, airsoft, tools, clothing, jewelry etc.

Yup, you can get most of those things there, but you gotta put up with crowds, which isn't normally too bad....but the price to park is a biiiiiiiit much at $10.

Expect to pay about what you pay in a store, even tax. The thing is though that they usually do have a good amount of powder and primers on hand. Bullets not so much, but there are some there. (Of course it's been a few years since I've been there.)

It can be an entertaining day though, especially if you don't have much else to do, so even with the parking fee sometimes it's worth the price to hang out and laugh at some of the displays that have nothing to do with firearms.

Miwall has pretty good prices on primers and powder but be prepared to show ID, give up personal information and have to sign for powder....it's a SD County thing. They'll also charge sales tax. They set up outside and have the orange and green pallet shelving. I usually wait and buy powder at the Costa Mesa show. Last show most primers were $25.00 per thousand and powder was $20.00-$30.00 per pound with 8 pound kegs even better. There are usually 3-4 reloading guys there but have never really found "good" deals on bullets.

reloading stuff is decently priced like others have mentioned. Sure they aren't as low as powdervalley prices but most places out here aren't either. The gunshow has always been the cheapest for me when buy reloading stuff locally. I save big money on berry's bullets - .40 180gr. I've found that miwall sells them cheaper than anyone else even online.
