    69gr SMK BTHP Federal Loading info needed

    So my Winchester Heavy Varmit does its best with

    Federal Premium Gold Medal Match with 69gr. SMK BTHP

    Looking for a loading recipe that eguals or betters this factory load, if I do my part, three shots are right on top of each other

    Any ideas?

      NRA has it dead on... You could actually increase the Load to 24.7 with an OAL of 2.255"

        I'm running N540 at 26.5 seated at mag length. My Savage loves them. I gotta chrono them but they shoot less then .5 moa at 100 yards. The savage is a 20" barrel 1-9 twist.

          My barrel is 26" but same twist 1-9

            Touching the lands and back off 0.20" depends on your rifle. I use W748(25.5 grains) Fedmatch primer and L.C cases that for some reason makes wonder.My rifle is a Savage FPTACT old generation with 24" H.B.......
