Sierra 223 69gr accuracy load from the manual??

Does anyone have the Sierra 5th Edition and can tell me what the accuracy load is for the 69gr Matchking? I remember it was Varget, but not the details of it. What length do they load it at?

For the AR15 as I know they have different ones for Bolts.
