Pulled the trigger on the XL650

    Woohoo!

I just placed my order with Brian Enos. If I ended up holding off i would have gotten a road bike instead. Now, I'm headed off to the Apple store to return the IPAD 2 I bought yesterday.

    XL650 > IPAD 2

Here's what I ended up getting...

    1 21082 Casefeed Assembly - Small Rifle (650/1050)(@ $ 217.95 ea.) $217.95

    1 10096 Dillon 223/5.56 3-Die Set - Carbide(@ $ 145.95 ea.) $145.95

    1 21146 650 Spare Pts Kit(@ $ 24.95 ea.) $24.95

    1 16940 Dillon XL 650 in 223/5.56 Rem(@ $ 556.95 ea.) $556.95

    1 DIGCA BrianEnos.com Digital Caliper(@ $ 38.95 ea.) $38.95

    1 13254 Dillon 223/5.56 Rem Stainless Case Gage(@ $ 24.95 ea.) $24.95

    1 HPSCA BrianEnos.com Digital HP Scale/RCBS Powder (@ $ 134.95 ea.) $134.95

    1 11555 650 Toolholder with Wrench Set(@ $ 28.95 ea.) $28.95

    1 21044 Powder Check System - 650/1050 only(@ $ 67.95 ea.) $67.95

    1 17999 Bullet Puller(@ $ 29.95 ea.) $29.95

    1 BE650 650 - As it should BE - Upgrade(@ $ 123.95 ea.) $123.95

    1 13606 Primer Flip Tray(@ $ 18.95 ea.) $18.95

    1 20049 4-Pack Small Primer Pickup Tubes(@ $ 22.95 ea.) $22.95

All I need is a tumbler and media separator. I think I'm going to roll with the stainless steel media and tumbler. Now...gotta finish building that workbench.

When the Apple employee asked why are you returning the Ipad2 did you tell em because you want to buy a Dillon XL650 that will easy load 223 shells at a rate of 800 an hour

Can your stinking ipad do that?

Another CalGunner has come over to the Blue Side! Now you have to buy lots of powder, primers & bullets. Don't forget to get a good trimmer.

                  Congrats!

Funny you mention your iPad. The other day at the BART Train, there was a Dad w/ his toddler son. The Boy's tshirt said iPood.

You won't be disappointed with any of that except the tool holder. If you mount it on the back then you won't be able to get the cartridge bin to sit far enough back so the handle won't hit it. At least that's the way it turned out on my setup.

i do see where he could have gotten a few different things for cheaper from midway, the scale, calipers, puller and the flip tray, but in the end, they're quality components.

                        from me to you!

Guys, I love the support. ha ha ha. I drank the kool aid and then some. Now I gotta start pricing out all the components I'm going to get - powder, bullets, etc. I haven't built my bench yet, hopefully I can get it squared away this week but I'll put up some pics was the bench and the dillon are on there. I'm going to have some more questions when I really start getting into it but I have no doubt that you fine folks will be able to hook me up and get me on my game.

                          Thanks!
