Buy a couple reloading manuals........ read them each twice. You can also check Hodgdon's website for reloading data for their BLC-2 powder.....

I have never used 147 grain bullets and BLC-2 powder.

I only used 168 grain and 175 grain Match Kings and IMR 4064 powder pretty exclusively. 41.0 - 42.0 grains of IMR 4064 and Wolf large rifle primers worked wery well for me.

try this link, should give you hours off reading, and remember... advice on the interweb is advice on the interweb.... use it to verify what your manuals say

H335 is the same as BL-(C)2

my generic blaster load with the OP's componets is 42.0grs

They actually are not the same. H-335 is the Military WC-844 and BLC-2 is the Military WC-846. WC-844 is used for most U S Military 5.56 loadings and WC-846 is used for M-80 (7.62 NATO) loadings.

Hodgdon started his business by purchasing surplus Military powders, re-labeling them for commercial sale. H-335 and BLC-2 are two of those powders. They are close in burning rate, but they are not the same powder.

well did some shooting this morning ..with 44gr over pressure primers looked like they wanted to come out a little.. so i loaded some 42gr rounds also.
overall case looks good no cracked cases or primer trying to pop out with 42gr..
next batch i will try to set up some targets... and see how tight the groups are...
