    Shotgun Reloaders

I'm having some trouble locating data for 12ga. I'm getting a good deal on a shotshell press, and have access to tons of hulls, so I figure it's a good time to get myself a nice low recoil buckshot load.

Problem is I can't find any data. I have the lyman manual, and my shells use STS load data. However there's only two loads for #00 buck with that combo, and they're full power loads (1250fps).

My ideal load would be something where I can use the same hull, powder, and wad, for a low recoiling 6-9pellet buckshot load(I'd probably have to cut the petals off the wad, I'm okay with that), and a light 7/8-1oz shot load.

There are literally hundreds of 7/8-1 1/8oz shot loads listed in the lyman manual, though none of them are a low recoil loading. Is it safe to reduce a load 10-15% to achieve a low recoil loading?

I know what I'm asking is being done by some people, I just don't know where those people are or what recipes they are using. Here's one:
