Do I have to get a caliber conversion

I am sorry for the newbe question. I am getting into relading and pricing everything out. Do I have to get a caliber conversion for every caliber I reload? I am looking at getting a Dillon 550 press. Thanks

U can reset your dies for each caliber each time (u do have to change baseplates if the rim/ cartridge-base dimensions are different from one to the other).
Caliber conversions are a time saver.

At the Minimum you need at least separate base plates, locator pins, and powder dies per caliber. Separate tool heads are of course preferred as you can leave your dies in them set. A separate power measure per caliber is the most expensive but also the most convenient. I buy complete separate tool heads per caliber. But it's expensive. About $200 per caliber conversion including dillon dies.
