You will not be disappointed. They are excellent bullets. Some of the best competition pistol shooters out there use MG.

Very consistent weight and concentricity. I have only measured the 9MM and 45ACP tho.

I got a bag of them from user jimmykhan but haven't loaded any yet, but they look great and I weighed and inspected about 10 and they were very consistent.

I use Montana Gold 124gr JHP in my 9mm minor loads. They're accurate, consistent, quick to ship and always available.

I'm pleased with MG 230gr CMJ and also shoot the 124gr JHP for my 9mm.

Montana Gold are simply the best bullets on the planet. And like they say, they are 'married' to the game.

they are very good! ZERO complaints for jacketed projectiles....but if you are looking for something a little cheaper try extreme. their plating process is the thickest out there and you can get the same velocity as jacketed. especially in 45.

granted nothing compares to a real jacketed round, but the plated ones sure give it one hell of a run.

I don't have any 230 grain round nose, but if you want to try Montana Gold's 200 grain jacketed flat point, I have some for you to try. Just follow the link in my signature.

This is true my xtremz run a bit faster with the same charge as my MGCMJ. I think however the MG win over the plated for accuracy. Although at anything under 15yds i can't tell the difference. Prices went up for Xtremz.....$105 for 1k 230gr RN.

That is a great price for a 230gr plated bullet. Where are you buying them?

this is true. their lead is the same price (almost) as the plated. i would agree that the MG projos do have the edge when you are going for groups, but for blasting and plinking...extreme comes out ahead.

                              i know! 45 went up a lot!!! i remember paying like 90 something....9mm is around 65/k now i was paying 50 +or-....
