Interesting find on SPP .45acp

I process a ton of .45acp large pistol primer brass weekly. I have two vibratory tumblers. Normally my brass comes out very shiny on the outside, the inside of the case is somewhat clean, but still kinda dark grayish. Normal conditions with corn cob.

Today I tumbled 500 pieces of SPP .45. Blazer, Federal, and Fiocchi all mixed together. Tumbled for three hours, when I dumped out the cob I noticed something different. The insides of the cases were virtually spotless and very shiny, on every single piece of brass. Almost no powder residue at all, just a tiny bit left on a few of the cases at the bottom! Some pieces look like new brass. Thats never happened before. Think it has something to do with the primers burning cleaner?

The SPP .45ACP is "Non Toxic." That means totally clad boolits (no vaprized lead) and I would guess cleaner burning powder in addition to the SPP.

But yeah... even before the NT thing I noticed that certain headstamps were shiny clean inside even before tumbling. Blazer & CCI were two, IIRC.
