650 powder safty bar screw backing off

Well here i am on another issue with my press. The screw behind the spring that keeps the powder bar from sticking is backing off and coming loose during reloading. It has done this twice now while loading. I put tape on it last night so it couldn't do it a third time. With the screw backing off the powder charges are all over the place from under min to over max. My powder alarm kept going off but you could not really tell a difference in a few grains by looking in the case. I grabbed one and measured it. Its was under, the next was over then under, then over.

What can I do to fix this? Should I put some of the thread anti-vibration lock on it?
