I've got the LnL Hornady and installed the Case Feeder. I was almost at my wits end. Cases not dropping thru the tube properly where the pivot block wasnt opening enough. The push rod which activates the pivot block was opened all the way and ran out of threads. The cam wire adjust in my opinion is a bad design with the two nut adjusting. I called Hornady (yes, **** I read the manual more than once) They said the stem of my issue was the Block Cam assy (number 29) not tight enough on the square tube. I pointed out its so tight I am dimpleing the square tube. It was tight. I pointed out to them it kept loosening up. And it was rocking on the square tube. The nut I made sure that the apex needs to be pointed up. Than as I was talking with the tech, I noticed a high spot on the casting so it wasnt sitting square on the square tube. Making the rocking movement. They are sending a new Block assy and some other things to swap out. After.... I took the block assy, put in a vise and filed down those high spots. Its tight and square now. Now its working. Hornady did admit that the cam wire is a problem and they are working on a retrofit. Also I intend to install a fender washer behind the hex screw to eliminated that dimple in the Square Tube.
