In the past, I've heard good things about their service on the forum. However, I sent a couple of emails almost a month ago, both asking about and requesting trimmers for a 30-30win and 300wsm size cartridges, but no one has gotten back to me.

What's going on with them? Is anyone else getting the cold shoulder?

Might be because they get a ton of spam so their blocker is set high. It's possible your email never made it to their in box. Like mentioned above, a phone call does wonders.
