    Shoot some factory ammo out of it. If it groups, it's your handloads. If it doesn't, it's the barrel.

      I got some factory 55, 68, & 77 gr. loads. Now I'm just waiting for this weekend, really hoping I don't have to send this rifle in.

        Theriverjustknows another thing to consider is do you actually have a 1/7 rifling twist versus 1/14 or 1/12. I know you stated it's 1/7.

          also make sure the paper is tight against the target board, I had one load I just knew was tumbling but it turned out the paper was about an inch off the board and it made it look like it was a key hole.
