My primers are not seating. If I wiggle and move the brass around they will seat. If you look closely at the video when the head flexes left the primer seater moves right in the hole or to the right side of hole putting it off center.

get the alignment tool for the 650 from dillion if I remember right it will drop through the pwder die and should drop down into the shellplate where the primer comes up. IF not then take off shellplate and loosen the "forgot the things name" the base it will roate a little when it all lines up the TOOL will drop down on the primer hole, anyways call dillion they have a tool with instructions.
your base plate thing maybe loose and this will re align and fix the problem.
sorry for non correct terms just to lazy to get dillion manul and look it up.Comment

Look for other sources of the problem. That's normal. Are you using the right shellplate? The right pins?Comment
