I only thought it would be right to state this in here.

A few weeks ago there was a thread about these guys. I posted about my experience there, although my review was more neutral than negative. I need to clear that up now that they made it right.

My wife sent them an Email about the issue. The issue was the fact that on their website they advertised the XL650 press WITH dies. When it arrived, it did not come with any dies. The first phone call to them my wife made was good. The lady said to my wife that the website was in error, my wife told them that the dies were what caused her to buy the press from them over the others who offer the same press. The lady said she would send the dies out, due to their error and correct the webpage.

Then about 10 minutes later there was a phone call from a man at Grafs who said there would be no dies sent out and that was that.

So about two weeks later my wife sent a nice Email to them stating how she was unhappy with the transaction. About three hours after she sent the email, a return Email came from Grafs stating that dies would be sent out promptly. Then THE NEXT DAY a set of Hornady dies arrived on the door step. Hornady dies are a far cry from the quality of many others out there, but I'll accept that at least they did not continue to tell my wife to get bent. The webpage did not state the brand of dies, so I'm happy with the Hornady dies, even though their decapping pins suck.

Glad to hear they did something to try to correct the problem. I order all of my reloading supplies from them and have not had to contact their customer service dept to fix a problem. Good to know they will attempt to make things right when something goes wrong.

Grafs kicks ***. Are you sure you didn't mistake a caliber conversion with a set of dies? They all come with one caliber conversion, no dies. Anyhow, I love Grafs, especialy their dirt cheap shipping.

Grafs and Sons made a mistake since the XL-650 does not come with dies from Dillon. Glad they made it right for you.

I'm positive that I did not mistake the caliber conversion for dies. This ons specifically stated WITH DIES, just like that. Not the w/o dies like all of the others. Even the woman on the phone agreed.

The free shipping was killer too.

I know Hornady dies aint like a set of Dillon dies but I find them to be of excellent quality. I never broke a decap pin. There my choice of dies over any others except if I was running them on my Dillon. At least your satisfied.....

The only decapping pin that I ever broke was on a set of Pacific Reloading dies. (Hornady bought Pacific Dies out and now produce the same dies under their name.)
