    .50BMG Storage/Range Boxes Question

I am looking for a 25-50rd Storage box with the individual cartridge partitions made in . Something like this one here ( only found them to go up to .416 ) or even plastic ammo box style.
    Thanks !

I use MTM shotgun shell cases link to cases Order the 12ga and remove one tray, they will hold 50 rds of 50BMG. The holes are a little tight so I reamed them with a spade dill bit and use the extra trays as loading blocks.

You could also check out the ammo can inserts that ALS sells Insert links

I have three of the MTM boxes in 12 ga. Cases fit bit tight. I opened up the holes in one tray using an end mill. I heard that MTM makes one for 10 ga that fits 50 BMG better, but I haven't seen one.

          Thanks Guys !
Just seems that these suppliers could Cater to the .50 crowd a little better !! they just had to stop at the .416 caliber !! LOL
You would think if they would make a Quality Plastic .50cal Ammo box with the molded in inserts they would sell like hotcakes ?
By the time I buy the ammobox $16 +shipping and the insert $25+shipping ...You got almost $50 if not more tied up in one box ...surely they can do better than that cost wise ?

p.s. I have had a .50 Upper for my AR for several years but did not do alot with it ( kinda leary of shooting it and it kicked like a mule ) , I just sold it and bought me an Armalite AR50A1 that will hopefully get alot more trigger time ..so if you got any links to accurizing or suggestions for this rifle I would appreciate it !
          Thanks Again !

Looks like the 10 ga is discontinued:

                Nice.

Not sure why you guys are complaining about the MTM 12 ga box inserts being too tight. They seem to work fine for me with DTC.

The foam cores look cool. I'll have to get a few.

The MTM plastic 12ga trays are tight enough that the 50 BMG cases don't always sit on the bottom. Some cases are lower than others, making them difficult to grab, and then I have to jiggle the cases to get them out. A bit of a PITA, which is why I bother to mill the trays.
