I just loaded 100 rounds on my 550b on videoed it. Enjoy. I smash a case at 6:55, so just fast forward it if you need a chuckle.

assuming you start with a baggie filled with rounds and an empty firearm, can you empty them in 9 minutes?

With bullet-buttoned mag changes? 3 minutes, tops.Comment

Talented amateur.
However.....
Us old guys can bang that out on a pretty regular basis.
Still got bags of 9 and 40 lying around if you need more.
The cool thing is, the bigger the case the easier it is to load. 500 and 50 practically load themselves. It's not PTSD, it's nostalgia.Comment

I've considered buying a 650 many times. I'm trying hold out for a 1050 though. I really dig the priming on the down stroke and the swaging station.Chris

I had given up on 9 but I pick up an X5 on Saturday. That and my Caspian slide G34 are just fun for the low recoil, accuracy game.
I'm set up for 223, 30-06, 30 Carbine, 308 Winchester, 10m/.40S&W, 357Sig, 45acp., 450 BM, 44M, 44S, 41M, 50AE, 500S&W, 50 BMG, 12Gauge and I'm sure that I'm missing a couple of little weird calibers. Not counting BP of course.
Still contemplating the weirdness of reloading 7.5 Swiss.
Man's got to have a hobby.....

Good stuff, the 1050 seems to be about the best investment you can make if you load more than 1K rounds a month and do not plan on making caliber changes all the time. I have yet to try my luck behind the wheel of a 1050. I like being able to break things on the 650 and getting replacement parts sent to me for free. Good luck on saving up for a 1050 and keep up the good work

cheater...You gotta count the time to pick primers in your overall time!! But nice work!!
I average around 350 round per 60 minutes including weight checks, primer pick up tubes, final case inspection, and packing them all in plastic ammo boxes.
I think you might have double charged that case in station #2 when you had the jam.I love America for the rights and freedoms we used to have.Comment

you have a good eye. The 550b won't drop a charge unless pulled much further than what I did with the jam. Plus, I'm using WST, which fills the case. A double charge would have overflowed all over the place. But thanks for looking out for a fellow cal gunner
