Local turners has the box of 20's for $5.99. How is this ammo? Good enough to go shoot and get to know the gun? How about zeroing a scope at 36 yards? Just got my AR and my aim sucks so I am just getting to know her. Thanks!

My Mini-14 gobbles that stuff up, but at $4.99 a box!

At $5.99 a box a 1000 rounds will cost you $300 which isn't too bad. I bought 500 rounds at the gun show for $180 and if I drive to Ammo Bros it is $189 per 500. So far this is the cheapest I have found ammo wise.

Yup 55grain. I went back and picked up ever box they had, 37

I like the ammo. I have both AE223 regular and the NATO stamped rounds. Accurate and inexpensive. I have shot and have brass for over2,000 rounds and around 3,000 rounds ready to shoot in addition to some Federal Lake City 855 & another 1,000 Remington .223.
