Trouble is, with a reloading press, cast iron is still king.

      Heavier is usually better

310 tong tool is probably smallest and lightest and more expensive. -

lee hand press is a bit larger, but light and fairly inexpensive. It also uses standard dies --It also requires a separate priming tool.

You still need a scale/measure, lube and components.

LEE CLassic loader. You can watch MR. LEE himself load a 30-06 in about 40 seconds, granted he is not fine tuning his powder charge, but the scooper throws a mild charge anyways.

Besides Lee hand press, I believe Lyman also sells one (not the 310. I believe that's limited to handgun caliber but not 100% sure). Good thing about hand press, you can store that and the rest of reloading tools (dies, scale, etc). Lord knows I started with Lee hand press and loaded many rounds for 7 years before switching over to RCBS RC press.

Perhaps you are thinking of the rcbs pak-tool -

Lyman 310 tong tool (nutcracker) will load both pistol and rifle but as pointed out it is limited to neck sizing only.
