      Top one is more than I would use. As you are adjusting your die, crimp one very lightly, almost no crimp at all. If you can push the bullet in with your thumb, keep turning in that crimp die thread by thread. The least crimp you can apply without being able to push the bullet into the case with firm thumb pressure is right where you wanna be.

        Ill give that a try I watched Cowboy T's video on die adjustment but he doesnt cover crimping plated bullets or the lee factory crimp die... Ill have to shoot him a pm here.
