    Grafs & Sons

I just wanted to share my recent order experience with Grafs & Sons with you guys.

I placed an order yesterday for a die set, shell holder plate, and a Dillon Super Swage. Everything was in stock and the dealer discount helped with pricing. I picked priority mail flat rate shipping since I have had good results getting things quickly and not looking like they were use as a crash test dummy.

Anyway I got a call from them this morning letting me know that the items would not fit in a flat rate box and if I still wanted to ship priority mail it was going to cost me 28 bucks while Fedex was $14. The woman on the phone actually appoligized for calling me so early in the morning (it was 7:50am and I was already at work). So it ended up saving me a bit more money rather than just billing me the extra and letting me figure it out when I see the charge or receipt later.

So I think I found my new internet supplier for all my reloading supplies.

I've ordered from them a couple of times, I haven't had an issue yet.

One of my favorite online dealers. Usually the first place I go for price comparisons when I'm looking for something.

And an added benefit is that shipping is free, though they do tag on a $5 insurance fee for the whole order, but often waive the fee over a certain total. It usually takes less than a week to arrive.

They are my go to online store now. They are actually cheaper than Midway on a lot of stuff, with my ffl of course

I too prefer Graf's, not always the cheapest, but always great service and the order takers are awesome!

The free shipping doesn't apply to the FFL holders unfortunately.

My wife ordered my 650xl from them. The internet page that she ordered it off of showed that it DID come with dies. When it arrived it DID NOT have any dies. My wife called and the first woman said that they were NOT supposed to come with dies. My wife informed her to look at the web page. The woman did, then said WOW! you're right. I'll send the dies out and have the web page to show w/o dies.

Then a guy calls my wife and says they will not be sending dies.

I told my wife, since they were going to send the dies, to buy a powder alarm and have them send it with the dies and bill the freight accordingly. But when the guy canceled the dies on her, she did not make a scene with the guy and she'll get the alarm from Dillon.

All in all though, I like them and am not really upset with them over this event. I'll use them again.

Graf's is great people. I've ordered from them numerous times.
Spoken to them on the phone once or twice, very professional.

Wideners is another great place to work with.
