.45 ACP recipes

I saw a bunch of .45 ACP recipes by doing a search, but didn't see anybody loading with 200 GN round nose bullets and Titegroup powder. I am using 200 GN round nose bullets, both plated and lead (Berry's bullets and Missouri Lead), Titegroup powder, Remington large pistol primers, and mixed stamped brass (trying to use the same brand of brass per load). Does anybody have some recipes they really like? Thanks!

So, there seems to be some conflict between the two sites. I would tend to side with the powder manufacturer's website when in doubt. Maybe someone else can chime in with their recipe. You can use the LSWC data for the LRN since the bullet weight is the same.

However, I have found that Titegroup is pretty smoky with the Missouri Bullet 230 LRN that I used before. I switched to W231 and the smoke went way down. It is definitely not an indoor range combo.

use the 200 grain LRN bullet data you will be fine. I always load .1 below max and they shoot very well .but I don't like soft loads.
