Beware of the "loose packed" as it's usually seconds.
Lots of problems with this stuff in the past.

I did just shoot some of the Privi Partizan last weekend that I bought from AIM.
It seems ok, but I did not fire a lot of it.

I've also shot a lot this stuff from ammoman w/ no problems. Some of it looks a little funny (not super sparkly, etc) so if they're seconds it's purely cosmetic. And yeah, they'll ship it to anyone.

This is my main SHTF ammo - I'm well stocked.
