    Good Price on 30.06 w/clips

Century has some 1960's Taiwanese 30.06 ball (151 grn) just in. It is selling for $49.87 per 264 rnd spam can. Ammo is on garand clips and that works out to $189/1000.
Remember that shipping is only $12/order for $75-$499 orders and free for $500+ orders. They only have 100 k available. Also they note the ammo maybe tarnished due to rust on the clips. I picked some up and will report on the condition when it shows, but I expect by the time it arrives they will be sold out.

This is NOT on the website, you need to call into your rep to get it.

I didn't ask as I'm planning on putting it thru a 1919 and not a Garand.

Taiwanese 30-06 was corrosive at least up until the mid 1970's, but it's hard to say if Century really knows what year this ammo was made. They are saying 1960's, but the headstamp on Taiwanese ammo usually includes the the marking "60A" no matter what year it was made because 60A is a factory code. There is also a year marked on the headstamp of Taiwanese ammo, but it is off by 12 years since they were on a different calendar. So Taiwanese ammo with the year stamp of 62 would have been made in 1974 on our calendar.

So the ammo is most likely corrosive.

Thanks for the info. I guess I'll stick to my reloads. I thought it might be a good opportunity to get some more en blocs, but not if its corrosive.
