HXP Corrosive ?

Is the Greek HXP 30-06 from CMP Corrosive ?
CMP says Non-Corrosive.
However I shot 8 rounds about 2 weeks ago and did not clean.
I just looked at my 03A3 today and the bore looked like it was starting to get
surface rust
Needless to say I just soaked it with water and scubbed the life out of it
and now it is soaking in "Wipe Out"

Just wiped out the "Wipe Out"
Boy Howdy was it Blue
I think I just had alot of Copper Fouling.
Filled it with "Wipe Out" again, still see alittle Copper Fouling.
