Just got done with a batch of .45ACP. These are Berrys 230FMJ's with 4.8g Bullseye Powder and Winchester primers.

Gonna be making about 300 -500 rounds a night of the 3 pistol calibers I own, 9mm, 40S&W and .45ACP

You should build an indoor range so you can shoot them as soon as you make them.

For 45 ACP:

Well these batches are with new brass. I got tired of scrounging for brass at the range that I just bought a boatlload of remington brass for a good price. So initial cost:

Brass - .20 cents
Powder - .02 cents
Primer - .04 cents
Bullet - .11 cents
Total Cost: 37 cents, 111.00 for 300 rounds

Total Cost over the life of the brass: 19 cents per round, 57.00 for 300 rounds

So with new brass 37 cents a round. Now if I load the brass 10 times though it drops the cost of the brass to 2 cents per load

Thanks for the info! You are an inspiration to us who are not at your level yet. I know that finding .45 ACP brass at the range is like finding Waldo...
