The new fingerprint law going into effect feb 1st is just for handgun ammo? Just curious before i stock up. Is there any need to stock up on 223 or just my hand gun ammo?

A lot of out of state vendors will be refusing to send any ammo, regardless of the law. I stocked up on my rifle ammo because I typically get it cheaper on line from an other state, so I guess that depends on the vendor.
For example, Cheaper Than Dirt is not sending any ammo to CA, even rifle. -
