RCBS Pro 2000 Powder measure

So Santa brought me a RCBS Pro 2000 and I'm having problems with correct powder throws. The powder measurer just pours powder out with the down stroke. What have I done wrong?

Have you adjusted the powder measure? It is essentially a Rcbs Uniflow with a micrometer screw, try adjusting down near zero. Don't forget that the calibrations on the adjustment screw don't necessarily translate directly into grains of powder.
