Handgun Ammo Ban

Does the handgun ammo band include 22 rimfire, .38/.357, 44 magnum, 45 LC and other popular rifle calibers also used in pistols?

If so, where do they draw the line? Thompson Center makes a handgun that fires many if not most of the rifle calibers out there...

Nobody knows for sure, and that is the basis for some of the legal challenges (void for vagueness). Probably the best info you'll find on AB 962 is here in the wiki.
