    Outdoormarksmen Reloads?

    How are the factory reloads at good bulk prices on www.outdoormarksmen.com? Anybody have experience? I'm interested in the .45ACP and .40S&W for my pistols.

    Outdoor Marksman is Miwall's subsidiary.

    I've been using their ammo for a long time. The .45acp and .40 S&W reloads have been reliable and accurate. Never had any problems with them.

    I buy their 9mm strictly for "blasting" ammo. It's under loaded IMO, and hasn't been near as accurate as Winchester white box or Speer Lawman ammo in ANY of my 9mm handguns.

      I've only bought their reloads once, in .357.

      Cool aspects:
      * Reloads came in cool plastic-ammo box
      * Brass and bullet were shiny
      * Ammo was clean-n-shiny

      Crappy aspects:
      * Reloads were WEAK (nope, I didn't order "cowboy-ammo")

      The crappy far outweighed the good, for me. These reloads really felt like .38 specials... MAYBE +P. Not worth it for this caliber...

        Decent reloads, but loaded on the cool side.

          The last batch of 9mm ammo i got from them a couple rounds look like they where crimped wrong, ended up jamming my G19C and my wifes Kahr PM9, and its weak (in my 19C there pretty much zero muzzle flip).

            okay, so it's not just me. The 9mm's I just got from them keep getting jammed in my P229. I thought it might just be the super-tight Bar-Sto barrel, but I guess not. Any recourse?

              I have fired ~3000 rounds of Miwall .40 S&W and I have 2 friend who have combined for another 4000 or so. The only problems I ever had was with one batch that used nickel plated cases and a different profile bullet (The case mouths were split on some and caused feeding problems). Other than that they are accurate enough for blasting/practice and i even shot IDPA with no problems.
