The most valuable resource would be to go visit an experienced reloader and get your hands dirty before you buy ANYTHING besides a few good manuals.
I recommend the Lyman manual for first-time reloaders.
It has a very good description of the process.

Even with reading volumes and volumes of books on reloading, you will STILL learn more in an hour of hands-on exxperience.

I have a single stage press and Dillon 550/650/1050 all setup in my gun room if you want to come and play.
I can show you the finer points of each setup so you can decide what you NEED.

Barrel, sight and trigger work on most pistols and shotguns.
        Most work performed while-you-wait.

before you reload, ask your question if you want to spend alot of time, and start up cost on reloading. this is especially the case if you load several calibers.

            Oh crap.
            I'm in trouble now...

I reload for 40+ cartridges, mostly on 8 dillon presses.
I also have a few single stage presses for when it's not worth setting up a Dillon...

Wow, that is a very gracious offer, Randall. And much appreciated. That would help out so much. I think I just might take you up on that offer.
