    Stainless Tumbling Media....

I was wondering if anyone had any feedback on tumbling cases in Stainless Steel Media...?

I use Walnut shells now with a spot of Dillon polish.

Interesting, but it looks like you would have to use that type of tumbler for it to work, hmmm. I'm happy with my walnut/corn media. GL

Check snipers hide. They swear by it. And boy are the the nicest cases I've ever seen. I've got new cases that look like crap compared to the stainless ones.

For precision bolt action guns...yea. (I use my wifeys Thumblers Tumbler). I do not shoot a lot of match .308 rounds, so 50 to 80 shells will fit in there nicely.

But for pistol or black rifle cases...nope. I need a much bigger container to hold the few hundred I blow-off in practice. Good ole walnut media will do the trick.

I also don't care about polishing my brass, as much as just getting it clean to shoot again. I shoot too much ammo to care about "purdiness".
