I am placing an order for brass with starline brass, however the .45acp is back ordered until Feb 17.
There prices were kick but I thought (1000 pieces of new brass for $137.00)
However I would like to find a good deal on new .45acp brass that someone has in stock now.
I already have a 1000 bullets, and the gun powder and the primers. just need the brass.
I haven't even been able to find anyone to sell me used brass. but even if I could, the more I have been reading my reloading manuals the more I feel i should follow the advice in the reloading manuals, which say you should never purchase used brass from anyone since it is important to know how many times it had been reloaded.
The Lyman manual for instance says you should only purchase either full new rounds and when you fire them count them as being loaded once already.
or they say you should only purchase new brass. they say it is important not to exceed 7-8 reloads (depending on variables of course.)
So anyone know if another source of new brass that have really good prices?
