Unless you where going to buy several jugs probally not worth spending the extra $s for shipping & hazmat fees when you could have bought what you really needed in a Winchester or IMR powder. Surplus pull down powder an really vary batch to batch & jug to jug. Also you should really start out loading 15% under starting loads as some of the stuff can really be hot. Plus a pound of factory Unique will load around 1400 to 1500 rounds, so do the math.

IIRR this stuff is brand new powder which can be loaded like unique, plus its cheap enough that if you buy 6 jugs Bartlett pays the hazmat. I quit buying components in this state years ago...
