    Bumping back shoulder (.308) ?

How often do you bump your shoulder back? Only when the bolt is tight to close? How tight is too tight?

I do it everytime I reload the case run them threw a full length re sizer.

Some reloader's just resize the necks and it works for them.I have found it is a lot easier to close the bolt if I full length re size the case.

You should be able to close the bolt the same as factory ammo.
It is hard to explain with some force but not a lot.

Nice racks are much better. You can grab both sides of the rack to help stabilize while mounting.

And, if you start with virgin brass and FL resizing them, while it may not be "to your chamber" neck sized, the brass is still (basically) identical if FL sizing to when you started with virgin brass.

I also do it every time with a FL die (Redding Competition bushing die).

I FL sized some brass but the shoulder did not get bumped back much. Now it's a little harder to close the bolt than usual. Can I still shoot these or do I have to pull the bullets and start over?
