    Restaurant supply place?

They got sink with three sections with three drains. Maybe you can cut out two partitons in the middle.

    Something like this

I don't know wah tis good price though. Try searching for used one.

Good idea for the restaurant supply place. I know Brownells actually sells tubs for parkerizing and bluing as well.

Don't forget that the parkerizing solution is considered hazardous waste and will need to be disposed of appropriately. Also the fumes probably aren't all that healthy, I know I start sneezing within seconds of putting the metal into the solution.

Both are good sources, especially a restaurant supply place with used stainless. A good sheet metal person can tig you a tank in stainless for less than brownells; you get to pick the dimensions.

You only need stainless for the park tank, and you can get by with 4" abs capped at both ends with a 2" wide window down the middle of the pipe. A water heater element gets it hot.

Caustic cleaner, muriatic pre-dip, and hot water rinse tanks can all be abs.

More info on Brownells website and particularly on the gunsmithing forum on the fal files...search for park or parkerizing tanks.

Wear ALL your safety gear and work with plenty of ventilation. As a start, you can download Brownells parkerizing pdf instructions here...http://www.brownells.com/aspx/NS/Gen...arkerizing.pdf

Small parts can be done in pyrex dishes. You can heat the park solution in your microwave.

You will need a sandblaster with aluminum oxide media and an air compressor to run it. Park will not stick to a smooth surface. Like painting, surface prep and cleanliness is 90 per cent of a good park job.

And if you want some added coolness, you can actually blue over parkerizing if you go from the park solution, rinse it in plain water and then go to the bluing solution. Makes a very dark gray almost black matte color that is just about impervious to anything thrown at it. Looks very evil on a PSL I must say

Sorry about bad link. I corrected it.

It should show one place that sells sinks.
To get general idea of pricing.
