Not likely, but I'd contact one of the Admin's.

As in sell a personal collection of ammo or sell ammo you manufactured as a business?
The former yes. The latter, I believe you need a FFL07 with all the other stuff (insurance, etc.) Selling reloaded ammo is somewhat of a risky business in my opinion.Comment

There is nothing in California law that prevents you from reselling ammunition (yet). The problem is the FFL/Federal Excise tax. If it is commercial ammunition that you obtained somewhere else, then it was produced by an FFL and the excise tax was paid, and you can resell it with no problems. If it is ammo that you personally produced through reloading, then you cannot sell it unless you are an 06 or 07 FFL holder and you pay the excise tax on it.I've never seen an American flag burned at a gun show.Comment

^^
Calguns follows this rule. You cannot sell ammo you made yourself. You can resell new or remanufactured ammo made by an FFL holder.
Selling homemade ammo is also asking for trouble.sigpic
